Postage and Packing

All orders are inclusive of postage and packing.

Terms and Conditions

All Credit or debit cards are charged when goods are dispatched. The price stated on our website is the price that is charged, there are no hidden extras.

All prices listed include VAT at the current UK government rate. International orders will be subject to a postage and packing charge.

Our items are subject to availability and where an item is out of stack you ill be informed via email and given the option to either choose an alternative product or cancel your order. We reserve the right to refuse or restrict any order.

Ashwood Silk does not disclose customer details to any third party. All transactions and correspondence with our customers is treated in the strictest confidence and we operate within the recommended guidelines and legal restrictions of the Data Protection Act.

Payment

You can purchase from us either online or by post. Online payment can be made by credit or debit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta and Switch.

We also accept a crossed cheque, or postal order in payment for your order by post. This should be made payable to Ashwood Silk Ltd. Please enter your name and address on the reverse side with your completed order form which can be downloaded and printed from the link below:
